Hover over a section which you like to be read & once higlighted(purple background) select the section by clicking on it
click on the play button.
In order to stop reading of one section & to start on another:-
click the stop button
select the section to be read
click the play button
In order to pause/stop reading a section at anytime, please click on pause/stop button.
